Torro partner program terms

Participants

Any adult individual or company with an audience or traffic can join the program. Torro clients can also become partners and sign in to the dashboard with their Torro account.

To take part, register, fill in the profile form and accept these terms. Torro may refuse a payout if the profile data is false or the program terms are violated.

Client attribution

A client is attached to a partner through a link with the partner tag. The tag is stored for 90 days and the last click wins: if a person followed links of several partners, the client goes to the one whose link came last.

A partner promo code entered at sign-up takes priority over the link. A promo code in the top-up form works only before the client first pays and only if the client has no partner yet. This promo code gives the client no bonus.

A client stays with the partner for good and cannot be re-attached by another partner link. You cannot attach your own account, your own organization or your employees either: such sign-ups do not count.

Commissions

Commission is earned on payments for the plan and channels, plus dialogs and subscribers above the quota, as long as the client paid with real money. AI usage and charges covered by bonus money do not count toward commissions.

Commissions run for 12 months from the client’s first payment. A single client can bring no more than $2,000. If the client is refunded, the commissions for that amount are reduced.

Levels

The commission rate depends on the partner level. The level is set by the number of active clients, and the top rate is 50%. An active client is one who had paid charges in the last 30 days that earn a commission (plan, channels, dialogs and subscribers above the quota).

The level is recalculated once a day. The new rate applies to new commissions; amounts already credited are not recalculated.

Hold and payouts

Each commission stays on hold for 30 days and then becomes available. Withdrawals open for good once the partner has 5 paying clients.

The minimum withdrawal is $100. The first withdrawal request goes through a review: we check the profile and signs of fraud. Payout methods are listed in the dashboard.

If a Torro account is linked to the dashboard, the money can be transferred to the Torro balance: once withdrawals are open, this is instant and has no minimum. Such a transfer is not a real-money top-up and earns no commission.

Prohibited

Spam and mailings without the recipients’ consent are prohibited, and so is incentivized traffic: payment or bonuses for signing up. Fake sign-ups and payments are prohibited, including those made from your own or dummy accounts and cards. You must not pose as Torro or its representative.

Advertising on Torro brand queries, that is, the service name and its spellings in paid search, may be launched only with our approval. In case of a violation, commissions are canceled and the partner dashboard is blocked. To tell a violation from honest traffic, we may ask the partner to describe their traffic sources.

Changes to the terms

Torro may change the program terms. Changes apply only to future commissions, and we announce them in the partner dashboard.
